His background in the U.S. Army spans over two decades, from 1993 to 2015, where he served with distinction and retired as a Major. His last duty assignment was as the Assistant S3 Operations Officer at the prestigious 82nd Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He has served three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2004, 2010 and 2013. This military experience instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and dedication, which he now applies to his legal career.


Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Don E. Burch has embraced Lansing, Michigan, as his second home, where he continues to make a meaningful impact on his clients' lives through his legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice.
